Palak Pakoda - how to make spinach pakoda

A quick and easy snack recipe made of Spinach, Gram flour and basic spices. Pakoda or pakora are basically deep fried tea time snack from Indian cousine. Gram flour and all purpose flour or corn flour are main ingredients to make spinach pakoda crispy. You can use leftover spinach to make tea time snacks. To make palak Pakoda crispy, I have used all purpose flour, sliced onions, few garlic cloves, ginger. Spinach Pakoda are Indian snack fritters and can be served as a party starters. Bread pizza on tawa or pan with steps is shown in the video below. This bread pizza on tawa is quick recipe and tasty. It tastes different from the regular pizza. You can use variety of bread to make bread pizza like whole wheat flour bread, atta bread, white bread, brown bread, multigrain bread, wheat sandwich bread. Ingredients - 7 cheese sticks - 2 cups cooked rice - 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania) - 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes - 1/4 cup cornflour - 1 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika) - 1 tsp dried mixed herbs - salt to taste - bread crumbs for rolling - oil for deep-frying For Serving tomato ketchup Method 1. Mash the rice using a masher in a deep bowl. 2. Add the coriander, potatoes, cornflour, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt and mix well using your hands. 3. Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions. 4. Flatten a portion of the potato mixture into a 75 mm. (3") diameter circle and place a cheese stick in the centre. 5. Rice Rava Dosa Ingredients - 1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta) - 1 cup semolina (rava / sooji) - 1/2 cup curds (dahi) - 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns (kalimirch) - salt to taste - 1 tbsp ghee - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves (kadi patta) - 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies - a pinch asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 cup finely chopped onions - 1 tbsp broken cashewnuts (kaju) - 2 tbsp grated coconut - 10 tsp oil for cooking For Serving - sambhar - coconut chutney Method 1. A yummy upma made with Puffed rice makes for an interesting snack or breakfast recipe KURMURE KA UPMA Ingredients 10 cups puffed rice (kurmura) 2 tbsps oil 1 tsp mustard seeds ¼ cup roasted peanuts 1 medium onion, finely chopped 10-12 curry leaves 1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped  2-3 green chillies Salt to taste 1 lemon juice Method 1. Place a strainer over a bowl, put the puffed rice into the strainer and pour over it so they become moist. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add peanuts and onion and sauté till the onion turns translucent. Add curry leaves  and mix well. Add capsicum and mix well. 3. Finely chop green chillies and add.  Add puffed rice and mix well.
