Spicy noodles in Schezwan sauce

Veg Hakka Noodles is an Indo-Chinese preparation that is made by tossing boiled noodles and stir fried vegetables in Chinese sauces. The vegetables give it an enjoyable crunchy texture and the Soy and Chilli sauces give it a distinctive flavor. This dish is very popular across all of India and is often served in Indian Restaurants or in parties. Spicy variations of this are often sold by street vendors as chowmein. Today I am sharing noodles recipe in schezwan sauce. What is an idli? Idli or idly are a type of savoury rice cake which is made by rice soaked in water, originated from the Indian subcontinent, popular as breakfast foods in southern India and northern Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils and rice. Idli is often enjoyed in breakfast or as a snacks with sambhar, coconut Chutney. People love to add their flavors so they like to have different Chutneys with idli like coriander chutney, tomato chutney.. etc etc. Today, I am sharing a recipe of idli which is made by cooked rice. You can use leftover rice to make idlis.
