Nutella and Strawberry Mini Pancakes

Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup, chocolate chips, or meat, but in America they are typically considered a breakfast food. Pancakes serve a similar function to waffles. In Britain and the Commonwealth, they are associated with Shrove Tuesday, commonly known as "Pancake Day", when, historically, perishable ingredients had to be used up before the fasting period of Lent.
We can make variety of pancakes. Whether it is banana, potato, buttermilk, apple, kiwi, papaya, nuts.. and many more things.. but today we are sharing recipe for NUTELLA and STRAWBERRY pancake.
Following is the recipe..
Nutella and Strawberry Mini Pancakes
Ingredients
For The Mini Pancakes
5 tbsp cornflour
5 tbsp plain flour (maida)
5 tbsp milk
a pinch of salt
melted butter for greasing and cooking
Other Ingredients
14 tsp nutella hazelnut chocolate spread
14 tsp chopped strawberries
icing sugar for dusting
Method
For the mini pancakes
1. Combine all the ingredient sin a deep bowl along with 5 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk.
2. Grease a non-stick mini uttapa pan with little melted butter.
3. Pour little of the batter in each uttapa mould and spread it lightly, cook, using a little melted butter for a few seconds on both the sides.
4. You can repeat steps 1 to 3 to make more mini pancakes.
5. Cool them slightly.
How to proceed
Place the pancakes on a clean, dry surface, spread 1 tsp of nutella and 1 tsp of strawberry evenly over each pancake.
Dust a little icing sugar on top and serve immediately.
