A quick and easy snack recipe made of Spinach, Gram flour and basic spices. Pakoda or pakora are basically deep fried tea time snack from Indian cousine. Gram flour and all purpose flour or corn flour are main ingredients to make spinach pakoda crispy. You can use leftover spinach to make tea time snacks. To make palak Pakoda crispy, I have used all purpose flour, sliced onions, few garlic cloves, ginger. Spinach Pakoda are Indian snack fritters and can be served as a party starters.
