This dish gets its name “kadhai mushroom” since it is cooked in a kadhai, an Indian wok that exits in most Indian kitchens. I am sharing recipe to make potato in harissa sauce. It looks awesome and tastes more awesome. It is an easy snacks and can be used as a party Starter. To make this snacks we need following ingredients Ingredients 2 cups boiled baby potato - cut into half pieces oil for deep-frying 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun) 1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens 2 tbsp harissa sauce 1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup a pinch of salt 1 tsp lemon juice  For The Garnish 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens Method Heat the oil for deep-frying in a deep non-stick pan; deep-fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
