Bread pakoda Ingredients 4 slices bread oil for deep-frying For The Aloo Masala 1 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson) 5 to 6 curry leaves (kadi patta) 1/4 cup boiled and coarsely mashed green peas 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) salt to taste To Be Mixed Into A Smooth Batter (using 1/2 Cup Water) 1 cup besan (bengal gram flour) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp chilli powder a pinch of asafoetida (hing) salt to taste For Serving meetha chutney teekha chutney sukha lehsun ka chutney Method For the aloo masala 1.
