Sandwich is the food which is most loved by everyone.. We tried new recipe triple layer sandwich it was very tasty and healthy for health concious people. People enjoy it in breakfast and can also enjoy as a snacks. so here is the recipe
Ingredients
- Bread slices (bread of choice)
- Paneer slices - thinely slices in big sizes
- Mayonnaise
- Red and Yellow Bell Peppers - thinely sliced into small pieces
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper (Optional)
- Oil for greasing
Method
1. Take 2 bread slices on a clean surface. Place paneer slices on the one side of bread.
2. Take bowl of bell peppers sliced into small pieces, add mayonnaise into it and mix the ingredients very well.
3. Add salt to taste in mayonnaise and bell peppers mixture and mix it well.
4. Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture on the bread. Sprinkle little black pepper - this is optional.
5. Place second Bread on top and we will press the sandwich slightly.
6. Heat pan and add some oil for greasing, let it for few seconds.
7. Place sandwich on pan and let it cook from a side till golden color.
8. Turn the sandwich when cooked from one side and let it cook from other side.
9. Sandwich is ready.. serve hot with ketchup..!!
