Healthy Sandwich triple layer - morning breakfast and Snacks

Sandwich is the food which is  most loved by everyone.. We tried new recipe triple layer sandwich it was very tasty and healthy for health concious  people. People enjoy it in breakfast  and can also enjoy as a snacks.




So here is the recipe

Ingredients:
- Bread slices (can take multigrain breads)
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh Salad leaves
- Tomatoes sliced in circular shape
- Onions sliced in circular shape
- Black Pepper
- Salt to taste

Method
1.Take 3 slices of breads for sandwich, we took Atta bread but you can take bread of your choice
.
2. We will take fresh salad Leaves and put them on two slices of bread

3. Then take mayonnaise and spread it evenly on the bread

4. Now we will take circular shape onion and put them on one bread, we will take circular  shape tomatoes and put them on another bread.

5. Take black pepper and sprinkle little black pepper on the bread slices

6. Sprinkle little salt (to taste) on the bread.

7. Now we will take third bread slice and evenly spread mayonnaise on it.

8. Keep the third slice between breads prepared.

9. We will cut the sandwich diagonally by using a sharp knife.

10. Heat the pan and grease with little butter or ghee or you can heat sandwiches without any oil on non-stick pan

11. Put the slices on pan and cook on low flame till slightly brown

12. Serve hot with ketchup.
